Términos y Condiciones de Uso - Gift Card Descorche Málaga DOC
Validez: La gift card es válida por 12 meses a partir de la fecha de compra y podrá ser utilizada exclusivamente en el restaurante y wine bar Descorche Málaga DOC.
Uso: La gift card puede ser utilizada para pagar consumiciones en el restaurante, incluyendo alimentos, bebidas. No es canjeable por dinero en efectivo ni se aplica a propinas.
No acumulable: Esta gift card no es acumulable con otras promociones, descuentos o ofertas especiales.
Saldo y uso parcial: Si el valor de la consumición es inferior al saldo de la gift card, el monto restante podrá ser utilizado para la compra de botellas de vino.
Pérdida o robo: Descorche Málaga DOC no se responsabiliza por tarjetas perdidas, robadas o dañadas. No se emitirán reemplazos ni reembolsos por dichas circunstancias.
Condiciones de reserva: El uso de la gift card está sujeto a la disponibilidad de mesas y productos en el restaurante. Se recomienda reservar con antelación.
Modificaciones: Descorche Málaga DOC se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones sin previo aviso.

Terms & Conditions – Descorche Málaga DOC Gift Card
Validity: The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used exclusively at Descorche Málaga DOC restaurant and wine bar.
Usage: The gift card can be used to pay for consumption at the restaurant, including food and beverages. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for tips.
Non-combinable: This gift card cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
Balance & partial use: If the total bill is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be used for the purchase of wine bottles.
Loss or theft: Descorche Málaga DOC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. No replacements or refunds will be issued in such cases.
Reservations: Use of the gift card is subject to table and product availability at the restaurant. Advance booking is recommended.
Changes: Descorche Málaga DOC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
